Did you know?
Retinol is made up of small molecules that are able to penetrate the epidermis and travel to the middle layer of skin called the dermis. Once here retinol neutralizes free radicals to boost the production of elastin and collagen, creating a “plumping” effect that softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

What is Stevisse?

Stevisse is a plant based alternative to retinol (VitA) that offers similar rejuvenating results but without the negative side effects such as irritation or redness.

How does Stevisse work?

Stevisse prevents the degradation of essential extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins responsible for providing structural support to surrounding cells by reducing the production of metalloproteinases MMP1 and MMP3. Stevisse also boosts HMOX1, TXNRD and OSGIN1 gene expression to improve skins resistance to oxidative stress whilst also reducing the expression of the pro-inflammatory PTGS2 gene minimising irritation.

CLAIRE HILL STEP BY STEP SKINCARE ROUTINE

STEP 1:

Micellar Water with Desert Lime – RRSP R600 for 200ml

Unlike standard rise off cleansers our non drying Anti-Ageing Micellar Water with Desert Limehas been formulated with moisturising fatty acid esters to hydrate and nourish skin, keeping the skin barrier intact. A simple and gentle cleansing alternative to harsh face wipes and alcohol based toners and astringents.

Directions:

Place some micellar water on a cotton pad and wipe over the face to remove makeup, dirt and grime. There is no need to wash your face – you can follow with serum and moisturiser.

Storage:

Best stored in a cool dark place.

STEP 2:

S8-28 Assist – Anti-Ageing Serum –
RRSP R1100 for 50ml

Delivers potent antioxidant Vitamin C and E deep into the skin via a powerful superfruit (native Australian Kakadu Plum extract) and a fermented marine extract (Hyanify™). The serum sinks in quickly and is designed to work actively in the deeper layers of the skin, especially when ‘sealed’ within.

Directions:

Apply an even layer to clean skin after cleansing. Follow with S8-28 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser. Use twice daily for optimum results.

Storage:

Your S8-28 Assist Anti-Ageing serum is best stored in the fridge or a cool dark cupboard to avoid the fluctuating heat, light and humidity in your bathroom. Fresh Vitamin C equals bright and glowing skin.

STEP 3:

WPC EYE COMPLEX –
RRSP R1865 for 30ml

After cleansing and application of serum, apply a pea-sized amount of Claire Hill WPC Eye Complex onto your finger tip and dot around the orbital bone.

Directions:

Work from the inner to the outer corner of your eye, avoiding the eyelid. Use the pad of your finger to gently pat the gel into your skin until it has absorbed.
Use twice daily for best results. Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin and discontinue if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
