At DMN Creative, we understand the importance of keeping your WordPress website running smoothly and securely. Our maintenance plans are designed to ensure your website remains up-to-date, fast, and secure, providing peace of mind and allowing you to focus on your business. We offer three maintenance plans: Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly, each tailored to fit different needs and budgets.
Maintenance Services Included
- Full Website Backup
– Comprehensive backup of the entire website, including the database, before any maintenance begins.
– Weekly backups using a dedicated backup plugin, retaining the latest 4 backups on our server and purging older ones.
- Updates
– Ensure all plugins, themes, and the WordPress core are updated to the latest versions. At least once during the maintenance period.
– Additional updates if a severe (9.0+) vulnerability or an error or break occurs, included in troubleshooting.
- Security
– Use of security plugins such as Wordfence and Sucuri to maintain the site’s security.
– Perform a security report each maintenance session to identify and address potential threats. (if the hosting platform supports it)
- Performance
– Conduct a speed report to monitor and improve the website’s performance.
– Make adjustments to enhance load times and overall user experience.
– Include an image compressor plugin that compresses all current and new images for optimal performance.
- Reporting (If hosting provider allows)
– Provide a detailed maintenance report at the end of each maintenance session.
– Include insights on updates performed, security status, and speed improvements.
- Functionality Check
– Double-check both the backend dashboard and the frontend of the site to ensure everything within reason is functioning correctly.
- Restricted Admin Access
– We do not provide full admin access to any sites on our maintenance plans. This ensures no unauthorized changes can compromise security or functionality. We do provide a restricted admin account with limited access to functions for special use cases on a case by case basis.
– Only our trusted maintenance team has full admin rights during the maintenance period.
DEDICATED & ADVANCED HOSTING MAINTENANCE LIMIT
When you get dedicated or advanced hosting then the monthly maintenance plan included in your package only covers the first two (2) websites you host on your package. Any extra websites you add will not be covered by a maintenance plan and will need to be invoiced for separately.

- Seamless Transition: If you choose to cancel the maintenance plan, the image compressor and backup plugins will be removed, ensuring a smooth transition without dependency on our services.
